At Ozone Gymnastics Apparel, we want you to perform with confidence. If your leotard or gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the gymnastics apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is free of chalk, odors, or wear.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
